Get to Know Me
About Me
Most of my family has been in public service in some way or another. Some were police officers, others in the armed forces or national guard, some in healthcare. My mom worked and consulted for nonprofits, and as a kid, I’d go visit the places she worked for. I was always blown away by the people. The people providing help, make things better for those around them.
To me, that is the highest calling there could be. Working with a community, understanding what they need, and telling that story. What always stood out to me was the story. It made sense to me, given that I’ve loved storytelling since I was little.
Whether it was re-enacting scenes from Star Wars when I was seven, competing in a statewide debate championship at fifteen, or reaching 20,000 with a media relations campaign at twenty-one, I have always loved the power of stories and community. Story binds communities together, and strong communities thrive.
Public relations, communications, and marketing are the tools to tell that story. Communities need access to resources, information, and motivation to act. That’s what I want to do in my work – connect governments and nonprofits to the publics they serve through purposeful public relations. I love combining creativity and strategy to get these measured results.
"I don't know anyone who works as hard as Lenny, and his knowledge of content, brand, and strategy improves every day because of it. He has a bright future ahead of him and I highly recommend anyone looking for brand, marketing or communications support to reach out."
